Remote Support now just £15 ex vat for 15 minutes! Jinca are ideally positioned to service all your comapany's IT support needs. We can provide support and maintenance on an ad hoc basis. Alternatively you could opt for one of our support contracts. These contracts allow you to more easily control your IT costs and provide a substantial discount over our standard rates.

 

 

Ad Hoc Support.

Ad-Hoc support is most suitable for small businesses, or for companies without much of an IT infrastructure. Costs are based on a per job basis and are paid for either at the time of completion, or if previously agreed we can invoice you.

Our Ad-Hoc Support provides no guarantee of response times and our support contract customers will take priority, but we would normally be with you by the next working day at the very latest. Our rates for Ad-Hoc On-Site maintenance and support prices are as follows:

  • £45 + VAT call out charge for businesses within 20 Miles of our Princes Risborough office, this includes the first half hour on site. Please see the map for details of the area covered. We are happy to visit businesses outside of this area, but costs will be by prior negotiation.

  • Subsequent half hours on site charged at £35 + VAT

 

Support Contacts.

Most of our customers opt for a support contract as it allows them to take control of the cost of their IT support. We have a range of packages tailored to small business with up to 15 employees. We also provide support contracts to larger businesses; however businesses of this size usually require a bespoke service which we would be happy to quote for. Our support contracts are based on a pre pay basis. By signing up to one of our contracts you purchase a fixed number of hours in advance at a generous discount from our standard ad-hoc rates. By signing up to a contract you also receive numerous other benefits.

Bronze Support Package

  • £95+VAT per month
  • Saving over 30% on our standard Rates
  • Suitable for 1-4 Users
  • Includes 2 Hours on site per month, or 3 hours telephone or remote support
  • Unused hours can roll over to the next month, up to a maximum of 1 months allowance
  • Additional hours are charged at standard ad-hoc rates

Silver Support Package

  • £140 + VAT per month
  • Saving over 45% on our standard Rates
  • Suitable for 4-8 Users
  • Includes 4 hours on site per month, or 6 hours telephone or remote support.
  • Guaranteed response time of 6 hours
  • Annual security audit
  • Unused hours can roll over to the next month, up to a maximum of 1 months allowance
  • Additional hours are charged at 75% of standard ad-hoc rates

Gold Support Package

  • £220 +VAT per month
  • Saving over 55% on our standard Rates
  • Suitable for up to 15 Users
  • Includes 8 Hours on site per month, or 12 hours telephone or remote support.
  • Guaranteed response time of 4 hours
  • Quarterly preventative maintenance visits
  • Annual security audit
  • Unused hours can roll over to the next month, up to a maximum of 1 months allowance
  • Additional hours are charged at 60% of standard ad-hoc rates

Service Area

Jinca provides support at our standard rate to the areas detailed below. We are happy to speak to customers outside of this area and we will normally still be able to help you; however we may make an additional charge for travelling expenses.
